During the first half of 2020, the 10 largest Baltic ports handled a total of 228.5 million tonnes, which is 5.44% lower than in the first half of 2019 (H1 2019), (Table 1). The COVID-19 pandemic had the greatest impact on reducing the volumes of cargo in ports. The pandemic resulted
